2

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts (cut into bite-size pieces)

  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

  2. In the same pan, add broccoli and sauté for 3–4 minutes until tender but crisp.

  3. Add butter and minced garlic to the pan. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  4. Return the chicken to the pan and mix well with the garlic butter and broccoli.

  5. Add chili flakes and lemon juice. Stir and cook for 1–2 minutes.

  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Tips:

  • Serve with brown rice or quinoa for a healthy meal.

  • Do not overcook broccoli to keep it crunchy and nutritious.

  • Cut chicken into equal-size pieces so it cooks evenly.

  • Marinate chicken for 15–20 minutes with salt, pepper, and a little lemon juice for extra flavor.

  • Blanch broccoli in hot water for 1 minute before cooking to keep its bright green color.

  • Use fresh garlic instead of garlic powder for a richer taste.

  • Add a splash of soy sauce for a mild savory flavor.

  • Cook on medium heat to prevent the butter and garlic from burning.

  • Sprinkle a little grated cheese on top before serving for extra richness.

  • Serve immediately while hot for the best taste and texture.
